As we lead our daily lives, our planet Earth rotates around our Sun cradled within the Milky Way galaxy we belong to. Nightly, amateur astronomers around the world peer into the sky with their telescopes and cameras.

One of the celestial wonders we come across is a type of emission nebula known as a Planetary Nebula. These nebulas are formed when red giant stars, in the later stages of their lives, expel an expanding shell of ionized gas. They are truly captivating in their own right.
